Building What Comes Next
Organizational Design & Creative Leadership
Futurist Perspective
Every industry is running the same experiment right now, whether it means to or not.
AI is collapsing the distance between idea and execution, in marketing, in product, in software, in strategy itself. What used to take a department now takes a prompt. What used to take a quarter now takes an afternoon. That's not a trend. That's a rewrite of how companies compete.
Most organizations are responding by asking the wrong question: how do we do more, faster. That question has a shelf life. Once everyone can produce more, faster, "more" stops being an advantage. It becomes the baseline.
The real question is the one almost nobody's asking yet: when your competitors can generate as many options as you can, what makes someone choose yours?
The answer isn't a better model. Everyone will have that eventually. The answer is judgment, the ability to know which idea, out of a thousand possible ones, is actually worth putting a company's name on. That's not a feature you can license. It's a capability you have to build, industry by industry, company by company.
I've watched this pattern play out across sport, retail, hospitality, and technology, in rooms ranging from a two-person startup to a company the size of Nike: the businesses that pull ahead aren't the ones with the most output. They're the ones who've figured out how to turn massive creative capacity into something coherent, distinctive, and trusted. That used to be a nice-to-have. In an AI economy, it's the entire competitive advantage.
Which means creative and design leadership just moved from the edge of the org chart to the center of it. Not because leadership got sentimental about craft, but because craft is now the only thing AI can't simply hand you.
The industries that figure this out first won't just move faster than everyone else.
They'll be the ones people actually choose.
❋ Brand & Design TransformationI’ve implemented brand evolution across global organizations, connecting strategy, identity, storytelling, and experience into systems built to earn trust everywhere a brand shows up.
❋ Creative & Organizational Leadership I’ve lead and mentored multidisciplinary teams, and set standards and operating models that let ambition and accountability grow side by side.
❋ Business GrowthI helped grow an independent agency into an Inc. 5000 company past $25 million, including growing one client relationship from roughly $300,000 to $4 million.
❋ Innovation & Emerging TechnologyI lead work spanning digital transformation, new ventures, and AI-enabled ways of working, always in service of the people and outcomes that give the technology meaning.
❋ Experience DesignI’ve built connected experiences across products, digital platforms, retail, hospitality, and culture, because people experience a brand as one thing, not a set of departments.
❋ Global Brand & Cultural ImpactI helped shape Nike's presence around the FIFA Men's and Women's World Cups, work built not just to appear in culture, but to add something to it.
Noteworthy
Creativity finds the idea worth pursuing. Design gives it a shape people can trust. Together, they turn AI's raw capability into brands people believe, experiences people value, and momentum organizations can build on.
Leadership
Empathy-led. Proactive.
Great work comes from teams that are well designed, so I keep redesigning how people work together across departments, with happiness and growth as the goal instead of a byproduct
Storytelling
Distinct. Consistent. Adaptable.
A brand should sound like itself everywhere without sounding the same everywhere. I specialize in defining how a brand shows up, where, and why, so the story holds together as the platforms multiply.
